ECSN abroad! 📍USA

Some of our ECSN members recently had a fantastic time at the American Nuclear Society (ANS) Nuclear Criticality Safety Division (NCSD) 2025 conference in Austin, Texas.

Prior to the conference, our members were able to find and connect with others that were going, through the ECSN. This included members of the newly formed ANS Young Members Subcommittee; we look forward to collaborating more with them in the future!

Thanks to our international liaison committee representative Harry Lester for coordinating, including a group trip to try some Texas BBQ!

ECSN Chair Jenny Bateman also presented at the conference about the formation of our UK ECSN, which was very well received and has boosted the international awareness of the group.
